Autism and ADHD Essentials - for Parents & Professionals

Autism and ADHD Essentials - for Parents & Professionals

Autism and ADHD Essentials - for Parents & Professionals

Our Essential courses are designed to be a learning tool for parents, carers, families, educators and professionals to learn the most up to date essential information.

Autism and ADHD Essentials are all about autism - defining neurodivergence, exploring the diagnostic criteria in Australia and the process of getting diagnosed, myths and assumptions people make, a guide to the NDIS, supports at school and work, how to advocate and access allied health supports if needed.

This course is beginner-friendly, and a must for any stage of the journey for all who need to learn more about autism or ADHD.

Neurodiversity - for Workplaces & Schools

Autism and ADHD Essentials - for Parents & Professionals

Autism and ADHD Essentials - for Parents & Professionals

Welcome to neurodiversity and understanding neurodivergence is essential for all workplaces, schools and organisations looking to be inclusive.

This is an introduction to neurodiversity and understanding neurodivergence and how to create a setting that includes and supports all types of brains - both in our staff and in those we work with.

Accommodations and strategies specific to your context are included, making each Welcome to Neurodiversity workshop tailor-made with plenty of usable ideas.

Workplace Wellbeing - for all Workplaces

Autism and ADHD Essentials - for Parents & Professionals

Workplace Wellbeing - for all Workplaces

Our workplace wellbeing workshop is an interactive journey into how we can promote ongoing wellbeing at work.

This is how you work together to build a collaborative space that supports staff to thrive at work. Workplace wellbeing gives strategies and evidence-based models of how to go from reacting to problems and avoiding burnout, to building a culture that promotes sustainable wellbeing.

Wellbeing is not a one-off moment; it’s about how we work well together every day in our workplaces.

Practical, People-Focused Workplace Training:

At PATC we know that every workplace and school setting requires different information and supports. As well as the above already created frameworks, we can design training with you to meet your team’s needs. Whether it’s supporting mental health, building neurodiversity-affirming practices, or boosting overall wellbeing, we can create something that fits your people, your industry, and your goals.

These can be a single focused workshop, a whole-team professional development day, or an ongoing program to build skills and confidence over time depending on the goals you have. Our allied health team brings together expertise in psychology, development, learning, and wellbeing. That means we can create training that is practical, engaging, and grounded in real-world strategies your staff can use straight away.

If your workplace is ready to strengthen wellbeing, celebrate neurodiversity, and empower staff with the tools they need to thrive, let us know.
